- Weather conditions
- Courier or operational delays

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch your order within this timeframe; however, dispatch times are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier service.

Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control

Once your order has been shipped:

Supply Sourcing is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, damaged packages, or delivery issues
Any issues that arise after dispatch must be taken up directly with the courier
Tracking information (if available) will be provided so you can monitor your delivery

We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
All claims regarding delivery issues must be made directly with the courier service
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays or courier-related issues

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Orders returned or lost due to incorrect address details will not be resent or refunded
